the hotel provided a comfortable room with a spacious bathroom that had double sinks and a separate shower. the hotel offered a guided itinerary that allowed me to visit nearby attractions with ease. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a private access to the tourist spot, which saved me time and effort.
My experience was less than perfect. the hotel's staff seemed friendly, but the language barrier was a significant issue.

This hotel is an absolute luxury gem. the rooms are lavish and beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities. the staff is professional, attentive, and provide exceptional service from the moment of check-in to the time of departure. the Spa and wellness centre are outstanding, making it the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are tranquil and provide a serene atmosphere to unwind.
While it does offer private access to the Summer Palace, which is a unique experience, it is situated quite far from central Beijing, making it a bit of a challenge to get to other attractions in town.

Such a unique experience, staying in a historic setting that transports you back in time. Great facilities like the world-class gym and pool, and the private cinema. The daily activities were fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city easily.
None, really. The only "negative" was that we didn't get to utilize all the facilities and services as much as we would have liked due to our busy schedule of exploring the city.
